Danú at The Brehon is a fusion of Celtic traditional Irish cooking methods inspired by the fertile soils of Munster & their local produce combined with the intense flavours of far off lands.

Our team of international award winning chefs have created a menu of classical dishes with ethnic influences while still mindful of our tradition of keeping wholesome rustic cooking to the forefront.

Signature dishes include the 12 hour Slow Roast Pork cooked in a weiss beer, Copper pot of Beef Bourginon for sharing with homemade bread from Danú's bakery, sole on the bone.

At Danú at The Brehon we invite you on a culinary journey with starters & tapas to share, traditional Irish classical & ethnic dishes all accompanied by an extensive wine list available by the glass, hand picked by our resident sommelier.

Private Dining

Danú offers private alcoves within the main restaurant from a more intimate dining experience for larger groups of 10-30. Our Private Dining Room can accommodate up to 100 guests for that special family occasion. You can choose your menu to suit your occasion in consultation with our chef.
