Celebrate the Arrival of Summer At Danú Restaurant at The Brehon

Celebrate the ancient festival of Bealtaine at a special evening of Irish food and folklore at Danú Restaurant at The Brehon.
Head Chef Chad Byrne and his team have created a sumptuous five-course menu from seasonal produce to celebrate the end of winter and the introduction of Danú’s new summer menu.
Special guests will include local suppliers and artisans whose produce forms the basis of Danú’s summer menu as well as members of the Millstreet Comhaltas group who will perform a medley of summer steps and airs.

“The beginning of summer is a very exciting time in the kitchen. Irish produce and flavours really flourish at this time of year and it is a pleasure to create dishes that harness the taste of summer,” says Head Chef Chad Byrne.

The festival of Bealtaine will be celebrated at Danú Restaurant on Monday, May 1st. The five-course menu costs €45 per person.
