Hello and welcome to Danú's first blog of 2010

 

It was a hectic Christmas in Danú and The Brehon Bar despite the snow and frozen pipes but now it's time to look ahead to what's happening in 2010.

 

Something Special.....

 

In February Danú will be launching it's new ‘Specials' menu where our award winning chefs will be trialling a new dish very night. The most popular dishes will then make it onto the Danú menu proper in April.

 

We'd love to hear what you would like to see on the menu so why not send your ideas to petert@thebrehon.com or better still, call in and try out some of the specials on offer.

Shaken not Stirred.....

 

February will also see the launch of The Brehon Bar's exciting new cocktail menu. The list is still being finalised and again we'd love to get your input. Send your ideas to petert@thebrehon.com and if your suggestion makes it onto our list you'll be entered into a draw for dinner for two, with the cocktail of your choice in The Brehon Bar.

Sunday Independent Review

 

For the second month in a row Danú has received a rave review in a national publication. This time around it was The Sunday Indo on January 17th.

 

"A particular highlight was my starter of pan-seared scallop and caramelised pork belly....the chocolate trio ticked all the boxes".
