“Wine is a big deal at The Brehon, with proper ice buckets (hooray!) and a sommelier who really knows his viticultural stuff… My medallions of Dingle Bay monkfish with spiced tiger prawns on a bed of chunky guacamole (€25) was full of big, bold flavours, which complimented rather than overshadowed the dishes co-stars- a tricky balance to strike… …an exceptional meal.”
