In addition to our extensive vegan al acarte menu, we now have a personalized vegan tasting menu which is available every Friday and Saturday, the menu changes weekly to reflect the localities best possible produce.
Here at The Brehon we are aware of the dietary requirements of our guests. Our Head Chef Chad Byrne has spent the past five months experimenting and focusing on vegan food. With his team, Chef Chad Byrne has created and curated a vegan menu that aims to introduce people to vegan food at its finest as well as catering for those who already enjoy the flavors of a plant-based diet.
