October-2018'Lovely Traditional Hotel"
We were welcomed at the front desk with an upgrade to a suite as they had learned that we were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary. Champagne with our afternoon tea was a big treat as well. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom spacious. We dined in the bar two nights. Very friendly and helpful bartenders and waiters. We will definitely stay at the hotel again and recommend it to our friends.

The hotel was exceptional from checking in to leaving . The staff are all so friendly and and make a point of calling you by your first name which is a nice personal touch. I requested a room with a balcony and got one with superb views over the mountains. There was also a bottle of wine and chocolates in the room on arrival...very nice. Dinner in the Danu restaurant on Thursday night was superb and I think very reasonable for three courses. Breakfast was also exceptional with an amazing choice and lovely staff. The Spa is very relaxing and definitely recommended. The whole experience was wonderful so a big thanks to the hotel and all the staff. I couldn't recommend it highly enough.

We booked 2 rooms at The Brehon three months in advance and requested rooms with a park view. Wow, we had a corner room and birthday wishes were waiting. Hotel and rooms are spacious. We have traveled Europe often and were pleasantly surprised by the room size, contemporary design and terrific staff. Highly recommended. Front desk staff truly helpful and engaging all the time. Full Irish breakfast was extensive. We will be back, The Brehon is first class.

A perfect night away. The hotel exterior and interior is equally as stunning and oozes such a relaxing aroma. We asked for a hotel room for two adults and one child, the room we received was incredibly spacious and clean. Very nice touch to leave bottles of water on the locker next to each bed. Breakfast in the morning was superb. There was a wonderful array of breakfast options to chose from in a buffet style; cereals, juices, fruits, breads, hot fry up etc. I ordered eggs Benedict from the menu and it was delicious. All staff we encountered on our trip were polite and pleasant. The only slight fault would be the difficulty controlling the room temperature during the night. Already looking forward to coming back.

The Brehon Hotel is located adjacent to the Killarney National park and affords beautiful views of the Mountains and lake. We stayed in a deluxe room and found it to be spacious and the bed comfortable. Very nice bathroom. There is a spa and a treatment pool. Very nice restaurant serving top quality meals. There is a very nice fairy garden too. A short ride of walk into town were there are plenty of restaurants, pubs and things to do. The Muckross ruins are nearby and a must see. Jaunting car rides can be booked also. Very nice stay and would return and would highly recommend this hotel.

We are a party of 4 adults and had afternoon tea in the Brehon on 8/5/18. We were given a lovely warm welcome and our table was waiting for us by the cosy fire. Thomas looked after us and was friendly very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Really Fresh sandwiches and also pate and smoked salmon,all fresh and tasty. We had scones ,fesh cream and preserves,cakes ,macaroons, creme brulé and more. I would recommend the prosecco also ,it added to the whole experience. The most relaxing afternoon we have had in along time. Well done Brehon hotel

"Absolute heaven in one building, great for couples getaway and family friendly, autism friendly"
First of all the Brehon is ultimate luxury at a realistic price, it has a fabulous venue across the car park (INEC) and also there is a family leisure centre over there. The hotel itself is like stepping into a castle with a modern twist, the staff are amazingly helpful and you can tell they are a great team they are genuinely pleasant (you don’t feel like you’ve paid for their smiles like in a lot of places) the rooms are so bright and clean and well laid out, lots of facilities and if any help is needed the staff at front desk are quick to help. The spa is just out of this world, I’d highly recommend the hour long massages (I thought it was too long but Allentown for t anyway and it flew by, I was so relaxed and really felt the difference after) the pool,sauna, steam room and other facilities open to guests were a real escape from reality, so clean and fresh too down there! Flawless! The bar menu was amazing I wanted one of wberything and I’m a picky picky eater! Service was again fantastic and not over the top either (I hate when I’m constantly asked is everything ok while I’m trying to chew!). The hotel have provided training to their staff in how to accommodate families with children on the Austrian spectrum and they are doing a fantastic job, extra power outlets, sensory boxes, picking out your own foods for the little ones, quiet rooms with plenty of space and lots of kids channels! They are also working on a 3D video experience to be able to send prior to arrival for their asd guests. Absolutely out of this world.

We stayed for 3 nights towards the end of March 2018 and would highly recommend it. Its location is only a short distance drive to Killarney town itself. Its also a great launch point to all of the tourist spots around Killarney. The location, staff friendliness, food quality and facilities were all one could ask for. The girl who greeted us at the front desk was very kind and courteous. The initial room we were assigned was not we had asked for and returning to the girl we were dealing sorted it out and and we were very happy with the new room being bright spacious and quiet. All staff were very friendly and courteous for the reminder of our stay. We had dinner on one of the nights in the Danu Restaurant and all we can say is that everything was perfect. We ate in the bar on our other two nights and again the food was excellent and the freindliness of the staff added to the experience as in the Danu Restaurant. We did feel the need to go elsewhere to eat. The pool and spa were beautiful - very relaxing. We are hard pressed to think of anything negative about this hotel. Over the years, we have stayed in many hotels around Ireland, Europe, Canada and the U.S. and this hotel counts as one of the better in our opinion. Overall highly recommended!

Excellent hotel with excellent friendly ,helpful ,knowledgeable staff who go that bit extra to make stay even more enjoyable . Excellent food , very comfortable spacious rooms . Excellent Spa facilities . Hotel overlooks Killarney National Park ( across the road ) and is adjacent to INEC entertainment centre .There is a shuttle bus to Killarney town centre .Would highly recommend this hotel .

Took my mum down to the Brehon for one night and am sorry we weren't staying longer. Lovely and relaxed ambience, warm welcome from staff, lovely room with accessiblebathroom as requested, delicious dinner and the spa area crowned it. Coming back soon for longer stay and some pampering

Had our wedding here last weekend and it was the best day ever all thanks to marusiz he’s so professional at his job and I hope all his hard work is recognized for what he does from all the meetings we had with him he was a pleasure to deal with nothing was a problem thank you mariusz for making our wedding the best day ever

14-April-2018Fabulous hotel and staff-rooms are gorgeous and food is delicious! Breakfast is beyond words....amazing! Had the most amazing back massage EVER! My therapist Pia was super. Finished off with a beautiful head massage. Pool facilities/sauna/steam room/relaxation suites all stunning and spotless. And all the staff are so helpful and friendly. I would absolutely recommend.....
