A weekend with Golf With Kim
Visiting Kerry’s Most Scenic Golf Courses
What happens when you pair some of Kerry’s finest golf courses with an inspiring golf influencer and The Brehon camera crew? We found out during an exciting weekend with Golf With Kim.

Dooks Golf Links, Glenbeigh
The weekend began on a sun-filled Friday evening at Dooks Golf Links in Glenbeigh. With the Atlantic Ocean shimmering alongside the course and the sun slowly dipping into the horizon, the setting couldn’t have been better. We teed off for a twilight round with Dooks General Manager and former pro golfer, Graham Spring, who shared his insights and tips as Kim played through the course. As the sun set and the ocean glistened, Dooks Golf Links looked magical. We captured some incredible shots showcasing the course, the surrounding mountain scenery and a superb swing from Kim.

Ceann Sibéal – Dingle Golf Links
The next morning, we had an early start as we headed to Dingle Golf Links – Ceann Sibéal. Kim played a solo round, and afterwards we had the pleasure of chatting with Paul, a staff member, who shared his love for the course and the area ‘as Gaeilge‘, adding a local touch. He talked us through some of his favourite holes, and after the round, we joined Kim and her sister on the patio of the clubhouse for a sun-soaked lunch – delicious food and an incredible view. The restaurant has won many awards and offers fresh, local produce.

Killarney Golf and Fishing Club
Our golfing adventure didn’t stop there. Back in Killarney, we made our way to Killarney Golf and Fishing Club. PGA professional, Chris McDonnell, who recently relocated to Killarney from England, joined us for the afternoon. Kim tackled the famous 18th hole at Mahony’s Point with Chris offering her some useful tips. This 18th hole is rumoured to be the most photographed hole in Ireland, with breath-taking views of Lough Leane, and the MacGillycuddy Reeks. Kim and Chris then played a full round on the Killeen course. Killeen has been a Four-Time Host Venue to the Irish Open and offers both lakeside and woodland scenery, challenging to players of all levels, with water features on nearly every hole.

From the rugged links of Dooks and Dingle to the lush parkland of Killarney, this weekend with Kim was a celebration of Ireland’s diverse and breathtaking golf courses, the people who bring them to life, and the joy of the game itself.
Stay tuned on Kim socials as well as our own to see our trip in motion!
